Search Options

Your hiring need and search is significant and unique so we provide several custom options to help deliver the perfect fit.  


  • Contingency- We receive a one-time fee based on our clients hiring one of our candidates. This is a good option when you have a search that isn't as time-sensitive or maybe not as critical but you're in need of assistance in finding solid professionals.


  • Exclusivity- The job market is full of positions that have been out there for so long that most potential candidates have heard of the position and been approached about it multiple times. When there's search with exclusivity, it gives our clients a way to differentiate their position and gives them priority talent.


  • Engaged- This gives you the option of placing your search at the top of our desks and you receive more time & resources from our team and guarantee results. We require a smaller fee amount up front with this option to begin the search.


  • Retained- This is the best option for urgent, sensitive or exclusive/high level and confidential positions.  We guarantee results and you receive the most time and resources dedicated from our team. An upfront retainer is paid to begin this search option, followed by a second fee once a certain number of qualified candidates have been presented and final payment is due once the search has been completed.   


  • Contract Staffing- A solid option for teams that perhaps don't need a Permanent, Full-Time Employee or have the head count to bring someone on board. When you need some help on a part-time basis or only for a short-term project, contractors/ consultants are great resources. Many smart companies will also utilize the services of a contractor, then convert them to be a permanent member of their team. Contractors are typically available on short notice and give you a strong boost of needed expertise. We specialize in placing high-level contractors.
